Ordering
How do I place a custom order or special request?

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
- Since our products are fresh, made-to-order, we need 2-4 days business days to package for shipping. Shipping time depends on your location. Standard shipping is Free on Orders over $125.
Do I need to buy a new candle to get a refill?
- Yes — refills are only available with the purchase of a new candle. This ensures your vessel is always fresh, and it helps us keep the refill program sustainable.
Can I use my loyalty points for refills?
- Absolutely! Cali Club members can redeem points for free refills — a perfect way to treat yourself while creating less waste.
Ordering & Shipping
What shipping methods do you offer and what do they cost?
- We offer free Standard shipping on all orders over $125.
- $9,95 for Standard shipping on orders under $125. - Arrives in up to 10 days.
- We can also offer an Express Shipping option for $25 - Arrives in up to 4 days.
- International Shipping is $15 and may take up to 14 business days or longer depending on your location.
Is my payment information secure?
- Yes, we've chosen a website host that has the best security for payments. It is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, which is the highest level of compliance, and utilizes encryption and other security measures to protect customer data.
What is your return and refund policy?
- We offer free, easy returns. We would love the opportunity to make it right, but if you choose a refund, we ask that you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order that you would like to start a return. Gift Orders
Do you offer gift cards or digital gift options?
- Yes, we do! Look for the link that says "Gift Cards" at the bottom of any page.
Can I add a personalized note or card to my gift order?
- Yes, all gift orders come with an optional handwritten note &/or special greeting card.
Will the price be shown in the package if it's a gift?
- No, we will not have any prices displayed in gift orders.
Subscription Boxes
Can I prepay for my subscription?
- Yes, for sure! We currently offer 3, 6, and 12 month boxes with a complimentary box every 6 month subscription.
Is there a minimum commitment?
- We ask for at least 2 billing cycles before pausing or canceling. After that, you're free to adjust, skip, gift, or cancel anytime.
What happens if I move or need to change my shipping address?
- You can easily update your shipping address in your account before your next billing date.
What if I don’t love a scent/product in my box?
- We do our best to tailor each box with your favorites, but if something isn’t for you, you can update your preferences for future deliveries. Don't forget even if it's not for you, someone you love might - our products make great gifts!
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Log into your account and click “Manage Subscription.” After your minimum 2 payments are complete, you can cancel at any time.
